Accountability partners will identify with the individual the importance of input and work toward the measures of successful performance. The measures of success include engaging in your goal identification, contributing to what success looks like, and creating a clear understanding of how you’ll achieve the goals established. Clearly understanding the task and measures creates inherent accountability and engagement with the information learned.


Accountability partners articulate the opportunities, rewards, and consequences of strategic execution: Being explicit about the rewards and opportunities that you can see because of planning and execution allows you to see the big picture as to why you’re embarking on this process. Also communicating the consequence of failed execution (not failed strategy) communicates why you’re making these changes.


Accountability partners provide active motivation, communication, and mentorship and are engaged in the planning process.  Expecting the individual to be proactive in strategy execution and accountable to the action needed to take.


Accountability partners hold consistent strategy reviews: Strategy reviews are one of the most important tools in your journey to keep you accountable during the execution process. Strategy reviews cannot occur unless you have been actively being consistent, so simply scheduling these reviews keeps strategy top-of-mind among your person-centered goals.


The benefit of services will result in building a routine process of accountability that may seem daunting in the beginning. However, consistency and simple adjustments along the way will have a huge impact on how you value and embrace the planning and execution process. Accountability partners communicate effectively, and, above all else, keep your eye on the ball. Accountability for consistency in performance will follow based on your efforts toward success.
